Ⅰ、Schematic Design
At the beginning of the project, Review construction drawings relevant to external wall and appraise feasibilities of various schemes on building external wall;Liaise with the Architect to establish the project design criteria in accordance with the relevant design codes of practice in PRC and special requirement of the project, Suggest and provide curtain wall systematic scheme or information on optional system and materials; provide project case of similar system to assist the architects in realizing the appearance effect of the building design; Provide schematic design nodes of external wall system;Assist with the value engineering assessment of the alternative design solutions leading to the preparation of a report and recommendations. Cost saving measures will be introduced to the client in relation to materials, design of systems, and maintenance impact.


Ⅱ、Design Development ;
Liaise with the Architect & External wall construction schedule appraisal;Provide typical nodes for all facade system needed by the  architects;Provide the budget of engineering quantity and cost of construction.


Ⅲ、Tender Documentation
Provide a detail technical specification for the applicable system incorporating PRC and International code requirements. This shall cover all components and materials of the exterior facade systems.;Provides a visual model making and curtain wall performance test requirements Provide required tenderers submit together with tender material sample listings
Ⅳ、Tendering
Prepare a final written report of bid evaluations and interviews with ranking of the bid proposal and final recommendations based upon technical merits for award of contract;


Ⅴ、Construction Drawing Review/Approvals
Review construction drawing and calculation submitted by the contractor and propose written review opinion;Assist the architects and contractors from professional point of view in obtaining drawing review approval from third party.


Ⅵ、Review Performance Testing 
Review and check whether the design, construction drawing, calculation, test procedures and test scheme of the performance test model meet the requirements of the bid documents as well as relevant domestic; Participate in whole process of performance test and make one appraisal report (including pictures) for the test procedure;


Ⅶ、Inspection & Installation
Carry out random material and assembly factory inspections. Provide comprehensive report including digital photos for project record; Witness and inspection of benchmark site testing, including cast-in anchor testing and field water testing; Attend site meetings when request to assist in resolving facade technical issues.


Ⅷ、Completion Acceptance and After-sale Service
Participating in the acceptance check on the completion of the project; Check on the completion drawings
